Welcome to the Miami Regional Licensee Page
Local Shouty divides the Miami market into seven individual Regional License territories rather than assigning one Regional Licensee to the entire metropolitan area.
Each territory contains a defined group of communities and ZIP Codes and is offered separately. Entrepreneurs can explore the opportunity that best matches where they live or work, the business relationships they already have, and the part of Miami they understand best.
The seven approved territories extend from Miami Gardens, Aventura and the northern communities through Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Doral, Kendall and into Pinecrest, Cutler Bay, Homestead and Florida City.
Regional Licensees help local businesses participate in Local Shouty, develop recurring advertising relationships, recruit creators and strengthen local discovery within their individual territories.
All seven territories listed below are currently Available. Availability may change as applications are reviewed and territories are assigned.
Miami is a highly varied local marketplace where international commerce, tourism, hospitality, finance, logistics, healthcare, real estate, construction, technology, restaurants, retail and neighborhood small businesses operate side by side.
The approved Local Shouty market planning figure is 2.75 million+ residents, providing a substantial year-round audience before visitor activity is considered.
Miami International Airport reinforces the market’s international character. In 2025, MIA handled 55.3 million passengers and nearly 3.5 million tons of freight, while its statewide economic impact reached $212 billion.
PortMiami adds another major economic and visitor gateway. The port reports more than $61 billion in annual economic impact, over 340,000 supported jobs and a record 8.56 million cruise passengers.
Tourism creates another audience for Local Shouty businesses. Miami-Dade visitors spent $22.7 billion on lodging, dining, shopping, transportation and entertainment in 2025, while tourism supported more than 216,000 jobs.
Beyond tourism, Miami-Dade County actively supports international business, agriculture, film and entertainment, business investment and small-business growth.
That combination makes Miami especially suited to neighborhood-level discovery: users may be searching for an Aventura restaurant, Miami Beach experience, Doral professional service, Kendall healthcare provider or Homestead contractor rather than simply searching “Miami.”
Miami’s scale makes a territory-based approach particularly important. No single Regional Licensee is expected to develop the entire market.
Instead, each licensee can focus on a defined collection of communities and ZIP Codes while developing direct relationships with restaurants, retailers, healthcare providers, professional firms, contractors, hospitality businesses and other local companies.
The role includes business onboarding, subscription-advertising relationships, creator recruitment, networking, Chamber and business-organization relationships, community events, sponsorship opportunities and local partnerships.
Miami also offers highly different business environments within relatively short distances. Building relationships with tourism businesses on Miami Beach requires a different approach from serving contractors in Kendall or international businesses around Doral.
Additional territory opportunities may be considered when permitted, subject to availability, Local Shouty approval and the Regional License agreement. Earnings, customers and business results are not guaranteed.

Yes, subject to availability and Local Shouty approval. Familiarity with local businesses and existing community relationships may be useful.
The approved network organizes them into different territories because each has its own supplied communities and ZIP Codes and represents a different local business environment.
Restaurants, retailers, healthcare providers, professional services, real estate companies, contractors, hospitality businesses, attractions, automotive companies, wellness providers and many other locally focused businesses can participate.
Approved creators can produce paid local content around dining, shopping, neighborhoods, beaches, events, attractions, local services and independent businesses that deserve greater visibility.
Additional territories may be possible when permitted, subject to availability, approval and the Local Shouty Regional License agreement. Contact Local Shouty for current information.
Miami gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to build Local Shouty within clearly defined local markets rather than attempting to cover the entire metropolitan area.
