Welcome to the Orlando Regional Licensee Page
Local Shouty divides the Orlando market into 10 individual Regional License territories rather than assigning one licensee to the entire Orlando or Central Florida market.
The approved network reaches across communities in Orange, Lake, Osceola, Seminole, and Polk counties, giving entrepreneurs opportunities centered on very different local economies—from Downtown Orlando and Lake Nona to Clermont, Mount Dora, Sanford, Kissimmee, Davenport, and Winter Haven.
Each territory is offered and assigned separately. Entrepreneurs can review the communities within each opportunity and choose the market that best matches their experience, location, professional relationships, and knowledge of local businesses.
Regional Licensees help businesses create Local Shouty profiles, develop advertising relationships, recruit creators, establish partnerships, and expand local discovery within their individual territory.
All 10 territories listed below are currently Available. Availability may change as applications are reviewed.
Orlando’s economy reaches far beyond its internationally known theme parks. Tourism remains a major economic driver: Visit Orlando reported a record 76.7 million visitors in 2025, keeping Orlando the most visited U.S. destination.
At the same time, Central Florida supports healthcare and life sciences, aviation and aerospace, simulation, advanced manufacturing, innovative technology, professional services, logistics, and hospitality. The Orlando Economic Partnership identifies these as important parts of the region’s economic base, with simulation technology serving industries ranging from defense and aerospace to healthcare, education, and gaming.
Local business activity is equally important. The City of Orlando supports neighborhood commercial districts through its Main Streets program, while Lake Nona is part of a large southeast Orlando development area that includes Medical City and substantial residential and commercial growth.
Beyond Orange County, the Local Shouty territory network reaches Lake County’s waterfront downtowns, Osceola’s tourism and technology economy, Seminole County’s employment centers, and growing Polk County communities. That variety gives Local Shouty a broad base of restaurants, retailers, healthcare providers, contractors, professional services, attractions, hospitality companies, and independent businesses.
Orlando’s scale makes a territory-based strategy practical. A Regional Licensee can concentrate on a defined group of communities instead of attempting to serve all of Central Florida.
The business opportunity is built around direct relationships: helping businesses establish free profiles, explaining subscription advertising, supporting advertisers, recruiting creators, networking with Chambers and business organizations, participating in community events, and developing local partnerships.
The market also provides very different prospecting environments. Downtown Orlando businesses have different needs from Clermont contractors, Mount Dora restaurants, Lake Nona healthcare companies, Sanford professional firms, Kissimmee hospitality businesses, or Winter Haven home-service providers.
Regional License opportunities are subject to availability, approval, and the Local Shouty Regional License agreement. No earnings, customers, or business results are guaranteed.
